At Little Layered Co, each item is made with care, with many of our products made to order or personalised especially for you. Please read our returns and refunds policy before placing your order.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Please choose carefully and check all product details, colours, sizes and personalisation information before placing your order.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Please carefully check all names, spelling, colours and other personalised details before submitting your order.

Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If we have made an error with your personalisation, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

3D Printed Products

Our products are individually 3D printed. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, slight layer lines, small surface variations, minor imperfections or subtle differences between products may occur.

These are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered faults.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and variations between filament batches.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging where applicable so we can assess the issue.

If there is a genuine fault or we have made an error with your order, we will work with you to find a fair and suitable solution.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
