Our Products

Little Layered Co offers a range of products, including personalised, made to order 3D printed items.

We do our best to display our products, colours and designs as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and variations in materials.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, products may have visible layer lines, minor surface variations or other small characteristics associated with the 3D printing process. These are normal and are not considered faults.

Personalised Orders

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing an order.

Please carefully check names, spelling, colours and any other information you provide.

Once a personalised or made to order item has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If we make an error with your personalisation, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Orders & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraudulent activity, or where we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be provided.

Processing Times

Many Little Layered Co products are made to order.

Processing times displayed on our website are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will do our best to prepare and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may be affected by the shipping provider and circumstances outside our control.

Please contact us if you experience an issue with your delivery and we will work with you to find the most suitable solution.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Returns, refunds and remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrect products are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any rights or consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
